Tahsis is nestled at the head of the Tahsis Inlet, surrounded by west coast rainforest. Ask directions for West Bay (see picture on left) and enjoy a swim and the view. The Leiner River Campsite (see pictures on right) and a scenic campsite spot are just 2 miles out of town.

Pick up a brochure and stretch your legs on the Historical Walk of local architecture. Walk along the Tahsis River and keep an eye out for eagles, commonly seen around the town-site and inlet. Enjoy the waterfront views and friendly village atmosphere.

The Tahsis Recreation Centre has a Bowling Alley, Climbing Wall, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Weight Room and Internet Cafe.
