Cottage size: 14’X24’

Bedroom: Queen sized bed, comforter,pillows, clock radio, hangers.

Detached bunkhouse: (unheated) two double beds, blankets, pillows. You supply sheets and pillow cases for beds in summer season.

Living room: pull-out couch, cable TV, VCR, DVD, radio, air conditioner, fan, furnace, telephone - local calls only .

Kitchen: filtered drinking water, microwave, gas stove, fully stocked with crock-pot, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dish cloths, towels and soap.

Bathroom: shower, hand soap, hand towels – you supply toilet paper, bath towels

Lawn area: view of lake, gas barbecue, clothes line, picnic table, lawn chairs.

For your use: paved driveway, basketball net, balls, beach toys, beach umbrella.

RATES: last Sat in June – Labour Day Weekly rentals only Cottage -$550.00, cottage and bunkie-$600.00

Sept - June rates are: $80/1 night; $150/2; $190/3; $230/4; $270/5; $300/6 or 7 nights. Coffee, tea, toilet paper supplied for stays under 1 week. Rates are for 1 couple or 1 immediate family. Commericial/Long term rates are $125/week for 1 person. Rates for Friday 13 th will vary, depending on # of people staying.

DOWN PAYMENT: Summer- $300. $250 refundable with 30 day notice or if cottage is re-rented.
Off season-50% of rental, refundable minus $50, with 2 week notice. PAYMENTS CAN NOW BE MADE USING PAYPAL

Since we rent for extended but unpredictable lengths of time to construction workers, I cannot book off-season stays too far in advance.

All sheets, towels are supplied in off season. Weekly housekeeping.
