Things change. My wife Heidy had two strokes and that ended RV-ing also for me.   I, with a tear in my eye, sold truck and trailer, then bought a 1990 GMC Van conversion with 135K on excellent motor and luxurious interior, but Heidy could not master entering it’s height (she is right side paralysed).

Then I had the opportunity to purchase a 1987 Cavalier with no less than 235K but in wonderful shape and there Heidy can "let herself down" on the passenger seat and I enjoy my penchant for convertibles! I guess there’s a bright side for every situation.
